The Kogi State Government and Chinese investors have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide technology security architecture for monitoring movement into and out of the state from a centralized control point.
It claimed that doing this would purge its coastline of terrorists and various criminal elements.
According to Siyaka, the project “is expected to create over 685,000 jobs, attract over N591bn investment, and also encourage migration to rural areas in the state,” adding that the state had already obtained a 5G license from the Nigerian Communications Commission.
He is aware that in order to advance Kogi state, he must stay one step ahead of criminals by utilizing artificial intelligence and cutting-edge crime fighting infrastructure.
