The media reported explosions in various locations around the nation; including the nation’s capital Kiev, as all Ukrainian regions raised the alert in the morning.
According to Anton Gerashchenko, an assistant to the interior minister, “at the moment, there are already 40 [Russian] missiles” headed toward sites in the nation. He advised people to seek refuge in bunkers.
Regional authorities have acknowledged a few impacts.
Vitaly Klitschko, the mayor of Kiev, stated that strikes in the city had affected the water supply and led to a partial blackout.
