Ukraine Gets Pounded by Missiles.

Even though Russia had reneged on a U.N. Backed agreement to secure exports from the conflict zone; twelve ships carrying grain departed Ukrainian ports, indicating Moscow had refrained from imposing an embargo that may have resulted in world famine.

The price of wheat had risen by more than 5% globally; as a result of the announcement that Moscow was abandoning the agreement.

Moscow said that it was to cancel the shipping agreement; as a result of Kiev being responsible for explosions that damaged Russian navy ships in a Crimean port.

MISSILE ATTACK
Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, were a repetition of a strategy the country has used this month. According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, missile and drone strikes on 10 different regions of the country targeted 18 objectives, primarily energy facilities.
