Nigeria’s Owodunni makes History by becoming the Nation’s First Black City Councillor in Canada.
Ayo Owodunni, a native of Nigeria, is the first black person to serve as a city councillor in London, Ontario; making history in Canada. Owodunni works as a Senior Manager at the Black Professionals in Tech Network.
The President urged Nigerians living abroad to constantly support the government’s development goal and to “never be frightened to dream big and never give up on your aspirations.”
