NBC Bank committed to making more efforts in the field of online banking to improve customer convenience and experience. Managing director of NBC Bank, stated to clients at the start of customer service month that the bank will grow its digital network; this is to fulfill consumer demands.
The bank has improved customer service delivery for the year 2022 by implementing a number of changes, such as increasing the bank’s service. Mr. Sabi said that in addition to the bank’s 47 locations nationwide, additional branches had been opened in the regions of Dodoma and Dar es Salaam.
The bank has also upgraded its Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services, which currently include 183 machines; and expanded its nationwide network of NBC agents to include more than 7000 agents.
